AutoFlow provides digital automation products, including n8n automation templates and a full step-by-step deployment guide. Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are considered final once the files have been accessed or downloaded.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
- The n8n automation JSON file fails to import properly into n8n
- The delivered files are corrupted or inaccessible
- The automation files do not match the automation summary shown before purchase
- A technical issue prevented proper file delivery
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of familiarity with n8n or automation tools
- Failure to configure credentials, API keys, or required settings
- Expectations of fully plug-and-play automation with no setup
- Incompatibility with third-party services due to account limitations
Request Window
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
Resolution First
Before issuing a refund, AutoFlow may attempt to resolve the issue by providing guidance, clarification, or troubleshooting assistance. This helps ensure you receive the intended value from your purchase.
Final Decision
All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of AutoFlow. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
